The deal, in plain words. Using JSTJO means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it — and if something here seems unfair, email us and say so.
JSTJO and JSTWRLD are operated by JSTWRLD. Contact: iamhuman@jstjo.ai. You must be at least 13 to use JSTJO, and old enough to enter a contract where you live if you subscribe.

A drop is one answer. The free allowance refills on the 1st of each month. Yearly plans are three months free compared with paying monthly.
If JSTJO is not what you expected, email iamhuman@jstjo.ai within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it. No form, no interrogation. After 14 days we handle it case by case and we lean towards yes. Statutory refund rights where you live always apply on top of this.
We commit 5% of revenue to clean water charities, and members choose which. The counter on the site reads a real total from the database — at zero it says zero. This is a commitment we intend to keep permanently, but it is a promise we make, not a charitable trust, and we are not a registered charity. Donations made through JSTJO are not tax-deductible to you.
Use it for anything lawful. You keep ownership of what you write and of what JSTJO produces for you — code, documents, sites, text. Use them commercially, no royalty, no attribution needed.
Break these and we may suspend or close your account. If we close a paid account for a breach, we will refund the unused portion unless the breach was fraud.
JSTJO is an AI. It searches the web and cites what it finds, and it is still capable of being confidently wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it — especially medical, legal, financial, or safety information.
JSTJO is not a doctor, a lawyer, or a financial adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice. JST+OPT$ shows one person's real trading record including the losses; it is a diary, not a recommendation. Trading options can lose you everything you put in. Decisions you make are yours.
We aim to keep JSTJO running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature you are paying for, we will refund the unused portion.
JSTJO is provided "as is." To the maximum extent the law allows, JSTWRLD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost data, or losses from decisions made using JSTJO's output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You can stop using JSTJO whenever you like and delete your data at any time — see the privacy policy. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to members before they take effect, and the date at the top will change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts there have jurisdiction — except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which it may.
